  • There are three cost types in our projects; flat rate, recurring and hourly.

    1. Flat-Rate

    We provide a custom flat-rate bid for every new website design and marketing project. The cost is based on site size, needed features and services, site value, deadlines, and estimated time involved.

    • Projects range from $2,500 - $10k+

    2. Recurring

    Recurring costs are yearly or monthly subscriptions between the client and the service provider.

    • Domains: $20/yr (includes privacy and SSL)

    • Website subscription: $300/yr ±

    • Emails: $100/yr per email

    • Web Marketing tools: $300/yr ± (e.g., email marketing, scheduling, ads)

    3. Hourly

    For established clients, we offer our ongoing design and marketing services at an hourly rate that is tracked over the course of a month.

  • Project timelines depend on our availability and project size. Website builds range from one week to two months. Marketing and SEO projects are ongoing, and we typically recommend a minimum of three months.

    During our consultation and bidding process, we will provide project timelines and completion dates to ensure a smooth process.

  • Our clients own their websites and marketing tools and provide us with contributor access to assist with ongoing support as needed.

    We provide hourly assistance, support, and training while tracking our time over the course of a month.

  • We set up domains, emails, and hosting subscriptions under our clients’ accounts so they have full ownership and access throughout the future.

    We prioritize setting up and transferring subscriptions to be under one roof for ease of billing, maintenance, and upkeep.

  • We work with each company on their specific content needs. We provide content development and wordsmith services, working collaboratively with business owners to find the best fit for their website.

    Clients are responsible for providing photos, videos, graphics, and legal documentation for their sites prior to the start of the project. We are happy to provide resources and stock content options.

  • We can happily assist in graphics and logo designs for your site, but we typically outsource graphic design work to print designers who specialize solely in that arena while focusing more on web design aesthetics and marketing strategy.
